Paige Poupart operates at the intersection of design, architecture, and real estate. As a licensed broker, she often gets involved well before a renovation begins: identifying homes with good bones, negotiating the purchase, and evaluating whether a property truly makes sense to invest in long-term.

From there, Paige stays closely involved throughout construction, walking job sites, pressure-testing layouts before walls close, and managing timelines and budgets so there are no surprises. Today she brings that integrated approach to her work through Bella Vista, where stronger systems and a shared team allow her to serve more clients while maintaining the same high-touch standard.

Why The Home Connoisseur is on our list

Paige is one of a rare few who can speak fluently in design vision, architectural planning, and real estate strategy. Her work bridges those worlds in a way that saves clients time, money, and confusion.

For anyone navigating a renovation, especially one tied to a real estate decision, having Paige in your corner changes the conversation entirely.

A Conversation with The Home Connoisseur

Q

How would you describe your role, and how is it different from a traditional interior designer?

A

My work lives primarily in the consultant space, blending design vision, architectural guidance, construction oversight, budgeting strategy, and real estate expertise. It operates at a higher, more integrated level than a traditional designer role. I'm not just focused on how a space looks. I'm focused on how the entire process works, from the first site visit to the final install, and making sure the execution actually matches the original design intent.

Q

As a licensed real estate broker, how does that expertise shape the way you approach a project?

A

My involvement often starts well before design begins. It's not just about helping clients acquire land. In many cases, I'm helping them identify the right existing home to remodel: finding that hidden gem with good bones and long-term potential, negotiating the purchase, and evaluating whether it truly makes sense for a family to invest in and live in long-term. That real estate lens changes everything about how I approach a renovation, because I'm always thinking about both the lived experience and the long-term value.

Q

What does your involvement look like once construction begins?

A

It's very hands-on. I'm regularly on unfinished job sites, walking framing with project managers, pressure-testing layouts before walls close, checking tile installations and finishes, and making sure every detail aligns with the original design intent. I also spend a significant amount of time managing timelines and budgets with homeowners directly, making sure they clearly understand the real costs, trade-offs, and sequencing involved so there are no surprises along the way.

Q

What brought you to Bella Vista, and what does that partnership allow you to do?

A

For many years I did this work independently, but on a much smaller scale. I was typically only able to support a handful of homeowners per year due to bandwidth. When the new ownership at Bella Vista approached me about two years ago while I was working independently on one of their projects, it was immediately clear we shared the same values and vision. With the support of a strong internal team, better systems, and shared leadership, I'm now able to serve clients more effectively while also helping grow and elevate the overall quality of the work.
